In 2006, David Hilton, a public accountant in practice since 1981 decided to expand the services offered by his group of businesses. Research in to the Migration Profession showed that there were many opportunities for a new migration business to be able to help people come to Australia. Since July 2006, a University Qualification is mandatory in becoming a new Migration Agent. David Hilton, completed his University study in April 2007 and is one of very few Migration Agents who possess the required Graduate Certificate in Migration Law

As a result, AUSTRALIA MIGRATION DHC was founded in 2007 after David Hilton successfully completed University Studies in Migration Law. He continues his studies, now undertaking a Diploma Course in Migration Law.
